Ingredients:White bread Boiled potatoes – 4-5 Vegetables – as per choice ( peas, capsicum, carrot, French beans, Onion, Tomatoes)Butter – 2 tablespoons (for greasing)Turmeric – 1/2 teaspoonGaram Masala – 1/2 teaspoonRed chilli powder – 1 teaspoonCoriander – 2 tablespoons finally choppedOil – 1 tablespoonsSalt – as per taste MethodMash boiled potatoes.Heat oil in a pan Add onion and satute Then add turmeric powder , red chilli powder, garam Masala powder and salt and mix it well.then add mashed potatoes and vegetables.Mix it properly .Now take 2 slice of bread spread butter on it and then some tomato sauce and a small quantity of potato mixture.Cover it from another slice .Heat a pan and spread some butter over it and roast the bread by flipping it for 1 min.Sandwich is ready to serve .
