
Ingredients:
- Semolina – 1cup
- Oil – For deep fry
- Red chilli powder – 1/2 teaspoon
- Kasuri methi – 1 tablespoon
- Pepper powder – 1/2 teaspoon
- Chaat Masala- 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt – as per taste
- Wheat flour – 1-2 tablespoons(optional)
- Fork
Method:
- Combine semolina, red chilli powder, kasuri methi , pepper powder, chhat masala, 2 tablespoons oil and salt together in a mixing bowl with the help of water.
- If you are getting difficulties in combining semolina alone then add 2 tablespoons of wheat flour.
- Make a dough and keep it aside for 20 min.
- After 20 min take a fork and small quantity of dough and spread it on backside of fork and then roll it to give shape
- Now deep fry it on medium flame .
- Store in a container and serve it with tea .
