
Ingredients:
- Palak – 250g
- Cumin seeds – 1/2 teaspoon
- Ginger – 1 inch
- Green Chilli – 2
- Oil – 1 teaspoon
- Salt – as per taste
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan .
- Add cumin seeds , ginger and green chilli and saute .
- Now add fresh Palak and saute
- Take a blender and add the Palak mixture and salt and blend it smoothly
Palak Chutney is ready to serve .
