
Ingredients:
- Chopped fresh fruit of choice like apple, banana, orange ,pomegranate, strawberry, kiwi
- Honey /sugar – 2-3 tablespoons
- Plain / Greek yogurt – 2 -3 tablespoons
- Milk – 1 cup
- Vanilla essence – 1/2 teaspoon
- Ice cubes (optional)
Method:
- Take a blender jar
- Add chopped fresh fruit , sugar/honey, milk ,yogurt,vanilla essence and ice cubes.
- Blend it smoothly.
Serve it in a glass immediately or keep it in refrigerator to cool.
