Pomegranate juice

Preparing time – 10 min

Serving – 2

Ingredients:

  • Pomegranate seeds- 2 cups
  • Sugar/ honey – 2-3 tablespoons
  • Black salt – A pinch
  • Mint leaves – 4-5
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Method

  • Take a blender jar
  • Put all the ingredients in it and blend it smoothly.
  • Strain it with a strainer.
  • Serve it in a serving a serving glass.

pomegranate Milkshake

As we all know Milkshake is a healthy drink and a complete breakfast as well .when we combine two healthy food products like milk and pomegranate it become awesome and healthy combination. So here is the recipe of the healthy and yummy combination called pomegranate Milkshake.

Servings – 2

Ingredients:-

  • Pomegranate seeds – 1 cup
  • Milk -1 cup
  • Sugar /Honey – 2-3 tablespoons (as required)
  • Ice cubes

Method:-

  1. Put pomegranate seeds in a mixer jar .
  2. Add milk, ice cubes and honey /sugar
  3. Blend it smoothly until the foam form.
  4. Now serve it in the glasses with pomegranate seeds on it.

Bread Wheels

Cooking time – 25 min

Ingredients

  • White Bread – 4-6 slices
  • Boiled potatoes – 2-3
  • Butter – 3-4 tablespoons
  • Cumin seeds – 1/2 tablespoons
  • Green chilli – 1/2tablspoon
  • Red chilli powder – 1/2 tablespoon
  • Black pepper powder – 1/2 tablespoon
  • Asafoetida (Hing) – A pinch
  • Green coriander – 2 tablespoons
  • Coriander powder – 1/2 tablespoons
  • Turmeric powder – 1/2 tablespoons
  • Garam Masala – 1/2 tablespoons
  • Sev
  • Green peas
  • Green capsicum – finely chopped
  • Tomato ketchup
  • Salt – as per taste

Method

Stuffing:-

Mash boiled potatoes .

Heat 1/2 tablespoons of butter in a pan.

Add asafoetida, cumin seeds , chopped green chilli and saute

Now Add green peas and cook it for 2min.(If you are adding onion cook it for 2 min before green peas.)

Now add all vegetables of your choice and saute.

Add all spices like red chilli powder , turmeric powder, coriander powder, Garam Masala powder, salt and Black pepper and mix .

Now add mashed potatoes and mix it properly for 2 min .

Add fresh green coriander to it and mix it well.

How to make wheels:-

  1. Take 2 white bread slices .
  2. Cut it with the help of cookie cutter or a bowl.
  3. Spread ketchup on the round part and place stuffing over it.
  4. Cover it with another bread.
  5. Spread butter on on hot pan and place the bread over it.
  6. Roast it for 1min then flip it and again roast it for another 1 minute .
  7. Now coat edge of bread Wheel with ketchup and the coat it again with sev.

Bread wheels are Ready to serve.

Serve it with tomato ketchup or coriander chutney.

Sandwich

Ingredients:
  • White bread
  • Boiled potatoes – 4-5
  • Vegetables – as per choice ( peas, capsicum, carrot, French beans, Onion, Tomatoes)
  • Butter – 2 tablespoons (for greasing)
  • Turmeric – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garam Masala – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Red chilli powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Coriander – 2 tablespoons finally chopped
  • Oil – 1 tablespoons
  • Salt – as per taste
  • Method
  • Mash boiled potatoes.
  • Heat oil in a pan
  • Add onion and satute
  • Then add turmeric powder , red chilli powder, garam Masala powder and salt and mix it well.
  • then add mashed potatoes and vegetables.
  • Mix it properly .
  • Now take 2 slice of bread spread butter on it and then some tomato sauce and a small quantity of potato mixture.
  • Cover it from another slice .Heat a pan and spread some butter over it and roast the bread by flipping it for 1 min.
  • Sandwich is ready to serve .

    Banana chocolate smoothie

    Ingredients

    • Banana – 4
    • Milk – 1 cup
    • Curd – 3-4 spoon
    • Cocoa powder – 1 teaspoon
    • Vanilla essence – 2-3 drop
    • Sugar – 2-3 tablespoons
    • Ice (optional)

    Method

    Combine all ingredients in a blender jar and blend it smoothly .

    Serve it in a glass with chocolate and cocoa powder at the top.
